Looking for a job, an internship or a route into Finnish working life? TalentTrekFinland helps you forward: job search coaching, Finnish alongside work and meetings with local companies. All services are free of charge.

What you get

You can join whenever it suits you — during your studies, while job hunting or right after arriving in Finland. The services are free, and you can join without any previous knowledge of Finnish.

  • Job search coaching

    Your application and CV in the Finnish style, interview practice and feedback from a real company.

  • Finnish alongside work

    Working-life Finnish in small groups, online too. You can start even if you don’t speak Finnish yet.

  • Meetings with companies

    Meet-up evenings and company visits where you meet local companies face to face – not through a form.

  • Guidance on permits and everyday life

    Residence permits, tax cards, housing and family matters: we tell you where to find help and assist with the applications.

How it works

Four steps from the first contact to a job. You can also join midway – just tell us where you are.

  1. Get in touch

    Fill in a short form or come and talk to us at an event. We only ask what helps us help you.

  2. We map it out together

    We go through your skills, goals and language level, and agree on what is most useful right now.

  3. Coaching and language

    You join job search coaching, a language group or both. New groups start throughout the year.

  4. Meeting companies

    You meet companies face to face. We help with applications and stay in touch once you start work.
